I was literally pulled into this painting, finding myself up against a piece of wood. I looked up to see the bottoms of Jesus’ feet, realizing that the wood was His cross. I felt warmth on my shoulder – it was His blood flowing down upon my arm.
Heaven is outside of time. Jesus was slain from the foundation of the world. His blood ever speaks and is ever flowing to cover us.
